Our stay at Chasa Montana was a culinary journey like no other. Led by Star chef Bernd Fabian and the Chasa Montana kitchen team, we were spoiled with a concept of regional and Mediterranean cuisine. The "Bündner Stube" Restaurant showcased Grison specialties in an unforgettable manner.One delightful experience was opting out of half board to dine in one of the five à la carte restaurants until noon daily. We were particularly intrigued by the unique milk-pipeline that brought fresh milk directly from the alp Bella to the valley for cheese production. This attention to detail truly elevated the dining experience.The array of breakfast offerings was impressive, from various bread types to homemade jams and fresh fruit juices. Lunch at the Fondue-Raclette Stubli La Grotta was a highlight not to be missed.In conclusion, the culinary innovation at Chasa Montana is exceptional, creating an ambiance that lingers long after the meal. Every bite was a testament to the skillful collaboration between chefs and local producers, making our gourmet getaway truly unforgettable.We cannot wait to return and indulge in more culinary delights at Chasa Montana.
